    These guys built a building on 157 Burwood road using a shell company and ran with the $$. Years later the building had so many defects like water coming through the ceilings, not meeting fire hazard standards, and the owners had to shell out tens of thousands of dollars of their own money for defect repairs.

    Too often these things get swept under the rug and VCAT does nothing. Crooks.
