  10/10 My Audi was returned completely restored, in a timely manner, everyone I spoke to was helpful and the car was spotless inside and out (even my soft top). AAMI insurance sent me here and compared to the places I have been sent before I couldn't be happier.

  I smashed my Porsche Macan just bought 2 weeks ago.
  I was totally hopeless at that moment, probably lost my first Porsche after the accident, until AAMI assigned abbotsford body repairs.
  Lucky and his team are really doing a great job restoring my car, like brand new to me.

  Giving the guys at ABS 5 stars for their recent job on my car. Not necessarily for the quality of work which was fine but they said the car would be ready in exactly 9 business days when I dropped it off, and despite my insurance company telling me something different, they were spot on.
  
  Refreshing when service providers deliver on their time based promises.
  
  Highly recommend Mick and the team at ABS.

  My car had recently been repaired by my insurers recommended repairer, who did a very bad job on a C250 Mercedes. I was then referred to Abbotsford Body Repairs to do the rectification works. I was astounded at the results! Lucky and Jason went above and beyond, to ensure my car was perfect upon pick up. They colour matched my duco perfectly and made the car look like show room condition inside and out. They were also very friendly and accommodating. Thanks to the Team at Abbotsford Body Repairs for making my car look amazing!

  I was insured with Budget Direct and lived in Richmond, and I was involved in an accident. I drive an Audi Q5. Budget Direct insisted that I go to one of several panel beaters in the outer suburbs. When I asked how much European car experience the repairs had, I was told it did not matter. I kept fighting with Budget Direct, and it paid off. Eventually, somebody at Budget Direct said I could go to Abbotsford Body repairs. Abbotsford Body Repairs was not only repaired the car well, but the customer service was terrific. I later had a minor incident with a pole, and I took the car directly there without an insurance claim, another great experience. I could not recommend them higher. As for Budget Direct, it is excellent if you never have to make a claim, but I’m with another insurance company after that incident.
