Not only did he respond to an emergency call out promptly in order to prevent further flooding from a broken toilet, but he was also able to rectify an issue that our landlord had not noticed or addressed, which had not been picked up by another plumber, which would have caused us continual problems and financial stress. No idea that we are an eco system and has to support each other.
