  I’ve been an Aquila customer since 2012 and have always come to the stores in Brisbane and Melbourne with a confidence in the quality that I’m getting. Aquila used to have high quality shoes. I purchased a pair of loafers and wore them 6 times on a paved street for no longer than 4 minutes then I’d be in my office as I live close to work and they were completely worn through. I know loafers are more prone to wear and tear than other types and I asked the store manager John about this and ways to preserve them and his answer was “ don’t buy them”. This isn’t about the price, it’s the reputation of the brand and now it comes to question. The previous store manager Ari was more customer focused and had a very high degree of respect for Aquila’s regulars.

  Been a Aquila costumer for over 5 years purchasing at least two pairs of shoes a year & clothes. I purchased a pair of loafers for over $500, within a month the stitching had come undone. Returned the loafers & the Perth store manger issued a credit note, recently returned to the store to use credit note & was told it would not be honoured...
  Safe to say I won't be buying anymore from Aquila!...

  GOOD MENS CLOTHING AT REASONABLE PRICES
  This is a stand alone outlet inside the Emporium complex.
  Has a modern range of work and casual wear. If you are clothes hunting, this, other Emporium stores and nearby Myer and David Jones should between them offer what you need.

  Just bought my first pair of Aquila shoes. The guy that worked the morning shift gave great service and noticed he had the same uplifting energy to all the other patrons although he was serving a heap is us. He ended up selling me and my partner a pair each of the stone Eastwoods and a belt l.

  These shoes do not look at all like the photos on the Website. I must admit that the boots are good quality but the color is OFF, it is not at all what I expected. On the other hand, we have these "Premium Quality Shoes" of $300 that are no better than budget shoes from perhaps, Kmart. These did not match the photos on the website either.
  
  Was my first attempt at this brand and now I just want to return everything, get my money back and never try to buy from Aquila again.
